Their menu includes the teddy bear financier with is a favorite among customers, as well as sandwiches, salads, and yogurts to enjoy. With sharp service, this place is perfect for anyone who wants to grab some breakfast on the go.

5. Cousin John’s Cafe and Bakery

There are very good reasons why this neighborhood staple has lasted for over 35 years. Cousin John’s offers some very good pastry selections that include pies, tarts, cupcakes, muffins, Danish, croissants, and more! You can’t go wrong with their classic apple pie and blueberry muffins, but feel free to branch out and try one of their unique combinations like the cranberry zucchini muffin or the pecan bar.

6. The Showroom Bakehouse

This charming bakery offers a variety of delicious baked goods and drinks that should probably come with an addictive tag. With a diverse menu that includes croissants, cookies that come in flavors like pistachio and chocolate chip (divine, truly!), and Pastel de Nata (a favorite among customers), you’ll be spoiled for choice here. Offering great service and even better pastries for prices that won’t break the bank, Blue Sky Bakery is not one to miss. And all that for less than you’d spend at some of the fancier bakeries around!

9. Ladybird Bakery

This neighborhood spot has been delighting Park Slope locals for over 3 decades. Small in size, but big on flavors, they offer cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pies and other specialty sweets. And if you’re looking for custom creations, this is definitely your spot as they offer a wide variety of flavors, textures, fillings sizes and decor.

10. Milk Bar

Milk Bar is the perfect grand finale to this delightful bakery adventure. Their menu features iconic treats like the famous Crack Pie (now called the Milk Bar Pie), Birthday Cake Truffles, Compost Cookies, and Cereal Milk Soft Serve. You can also indulge in their delectable layer cakes, pies, and assorted cookies.
